CANCELLATION; Any cancellation must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:-
Between 1 & 2 months before travel date 50% of full cost.
Less than 1 month before travel date 100% of full cost.

FORCE MAJEURE;The owners of the property will not be liable for loss,delay,nor injury howsoever caused beyond the owners control eg strikes, riots,war, fire,flood, technical/weather problems etc. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool, and advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance.
